Default Green poop

Hi all, my 8 week old has had a few green poops over the last 2 weeks. I read online about the foremilk-hindmilk imbalance but i don't think thats it. He nurses only one side at a time and for about 15 minutes. The poop is mostly watery. Any ideas?

Any other symptoms? Runny nose, rash, fever?

Foremilk/hindmilk imbalance poo looks green, but also frothy.

My son's green poop around that age was a symptom of his dairy allergy, but he had other symptoms too: eczema, blood spots in the stool, gassiness, etc. The blood spots were really tiny-my husband thought I was crazy for sticking my nose in the diaper :P but it tested positive for blood at the dr's. It's a really easy test too-they just have a card that changes color or something.

It's so hard to guess, but unless your little guy/gal is sick, it could be a food sensitivity. I was told dairy is the most common problem, and it can take a while to get corrected!

w/pp. If LO doesn't have any symptoms of coming down w/something, it could be something in your diet: caffeine, soy, dairy, iron supplements
If it is a fm/hm imbalance, you could try blockfeeding, where you bf LO at least 2 times on one side before switching sides.
