Default Mother's Milk tea & fenugreek

I've noticed a big dip in my milk supply within the past week, for no reason really. I have been taking Fenugreek and drinking Mother's Milk tea pretty much since my daughter was born. I've never noticed a big increase in my milk but definitely some. So my question is, are there different brands of fenugreek or mothers milk tea that are more effective? I've always taken the GNC brand of fenugreek and have always gotten the tea from GNC also, its Traditional Medicinals organic mother's milk. Is there something else I can take to try and take aling with the fenugreek and tea to help?

You could try eating oatmeal. Also, do you think your period is coming back?

Why do you think you have a dip in your supply?

I got my period back right away. I nurse on demand and pump 2 times per day. I was pumping 1 ounce per pumping session and it quickly dropped to .5 and now I get just drops. My baby's nursing patterns haven't changed so I dont know what happened. I will try the oatmeal again and see if it helps.

Blessed thistle and goat's rue can also help.

Alfalfa, red raspberry tea and shativari (I am sure that last isn't spelled correctly) are also useful.
