    I wouldn't think that far down the line. Just concentrate on getting the current issue sorted. When your LO is pooping without an issue, then you can revisit the cereals. If that is the cause- you really don't know until you've eliminated them.

    One thing my pediatrician told me is that constipation typically takes about 2x as long to resolve as it did to become a problem. So if you follow that rule of thumb, if it took a month for constipation to become an issue, I wouldn't reintroduce the problem food for at least 2 months.

    Hi!
    We are actually delaying grains until DD is 1 year at least. Grains are very tough on baby's digestive system. You might want to think about introducing chicken, turkey & broths. They are much easier to digest & full of good nutrients. Hope things get better!!
