    Default flu and milk supply

I've been sick w/ the flu since Sunday. It's really affected my milk supply. My breasts feel different, the way my daughter eats is different, and her wet diaper count is less.

I am frustrated since I had a great supply before this illness. Now I don't know if I can continue breastfeeding. I have spent the last 30 min feeding her & I don't think she's full. I am also not feeling any letdown, which I always felt before.

    Need some advice please....

were you able to eat and drink today?

just keep removing milk and your body will make more.
a day or 2 your milk supply will bounce back.

Yes, today I was finally able to eat something more substantial than chicken broth.

Thank you. You give me hope that things will get back to normal soon.
