    That out put is very average btw, just want to let you know so maybe you'll be less frustrated.

    Sorry it took so long to get back. I pump for the entire 30 minutes. I have it pretty much down to an art and can get 3 let down sometimes. Some mornings I can get 7 ounces (but thats only if DDwon't nurse before I leave the house) usually I get around 5. But I have also been pumping in the car 5 days a week for 5 months now and try to pump on the weekends in the morning just to keep my body on schedule.

    When you pump so close to nursing does your LO seem frustrated that there's not enough milk? I'm afraid to pump right before I feed DS and I pump after he's eaten I barely get anything (I mean literally less than 1/2 an ounce total.) so it doesn't seem worth the aggrivation.

    at work is annoying but worth it for DS.
    helps me feel closer to DS since I'm away during the day.

    no. She really doesnt seem to mind that I can tell.
