I'm just curious how I know I have a problem and SHOULD be scalding milk before I freeze.
I don't seem to have an unpleasant smell when thawed, but sometimes she wrinkles her nose at it.
Is this something that will come and go with time?
I don't want to end up with a freezer full of "emergency milk" that she won't take.
If I do need to scald, can I go right from the pot to the storage bag or do I need to slightly chill first?
