I used something like this and it was my favorite hand's free device, because I could just pack it in my pump and use it with any bra. I have a narrow rib cage but large cup size, and I went with a medium, which worked fine for the most part - as my breasts shrunk down in size around seven to eight months PP, it got a little loose, but it still basically did the trick.

I use the Simple Wishes one and it works well for me. I can't say whether there would be a "better" one out there because I've never used any others, but it holds the flanges well and I always put it over my nursing bra. I have the small and I'm currently a 32E. It expands with velcro so it's easy to adjust.

Actually, that might be what I used too. Same concept as the other one, so the cheaper version might be fine. I got mine used at a consignment store, which might creep some people out, but I am CHEAP.

I have one and I love it! I'm a 36B - Maybe small C on a good day and I have the smaller size. It comes with an extra zipper piece, and the velcro in the back makes is super adjustable. It keeps the flanges nice and tight making a good seal for pumping.

I got mine from Amazon in case I needed to return it I wanted it to be hassle free. But I didn't need to!
