    Default HELP Milk blister/clogged duct!

So 1/3rd of my left breast feels engorged, for 2 days it was soar there, so i massaged and was happy that it felt fine today, well tonight while feeding my son i could tell my breast felt hard on that 1 side, I try to express it and I can't! I noticed a tiny white bump, I know warm compress, nursing and such helps but what else! I don't want it to get painful!!! I hope I have caught it early enough, if i press hard enough i get the tiniest little squirts

    anyone?

Ouch! When I've had clogged ducts, I've tried to spend time in the bathtub or shower and hand-expressed as much as possible. I hope you're feeling better soon!

thanks! It's actually fixed! I must of got it early enough but i took a hot shower and squeezing and such and it's out! as soon as it was flowing again i went and woke the baby up to nurse, I never wake a sleeping baby but i wanted my breast drained before i got an infection or such

    thanks!

I'm so glad you're feeling better! Isn't it nice to have a good reason for an extra long shower (like long enough to use soap)?
