Default electric pumping at home and manual at work?

Does anyone follow a schedule of electric pumping at home and manual at work?

How does this work for you?

No, I had just the one double-electric pump, which I carted to work everyday.

Are you exclusively pumping? What is your work schedule like?

No I am exclusively breastfeeding. Going back to work on Thursday .

I got pretty good at using the manual pump and just recently got a PISA for going back to work.

    My thought is this....

At work by the time I get the PISA all set for pumping, I could have had most of my pumping done with a manual.

I am just wondering if it may be better for me bring my little bag with the manual pump into the bathroom with me when I am going anyways and pump.

That way I get more frequency and I don't have to lock myself away for 20 minutes two or three times a day at work. I won't even be missed.

    My schedule will be
    5:00a breastfeed
5:30a pump at home with PISA
    7:00a breastfeed
    Work 7:30 - 11:30
    Home for lunch (to breastfeed)
    Work 12:30p - 4:30 p

You get really fast at setting up the pump, and overall, the electric is way faster and maintains your supply better. You'll get the hang of it!

Yes, in your situation I would highly recommend practicing with and using the PISA. You will get so fast with it, and it ultimately is so much more efficient.
