I use it occasionally. I keep it in the house just in case. Several months ago I got sick and had a fever and my supply dropped so I drank this kind: http://www.traditionalmedicinals.com...eas/product/29 several times a day to increase supply. Also when my daughter turned 11 months my period came back, so I started drinking it because my supply seemed to dip a little just before.

I'm not sure what kind of info you are looking for. I heat up water in the microwave then drop in a bag. The instructions say to cover it for 10 minutes. It is kind of bitter but i suppose you could sweeten it ... although I've come to prefer the taste.

It usually helps my supply within a few hours and it didn't seem to bother my sensitive little girl. I think I drank it for the first time when she was about 4 months.

Motherfood: http://www.amazon.com/Mother-Breastf.../dp/1589612299 has more information on various teas and food. I've purchased the book twice ... the first was borrowed and I just let her keep it.

    Hope this info helps.

I use it as well. I get mine off etsy.com in a looseleaf form. It's not the best tasting tea so I usually add a more flavorful tea bag (like a fruity herbal tea) to the cup. Give it some flavor.

I got it in tea bag form from the vitamin store and also from amazon.com

says to steep the tea for 10mins in 8 oz of water,,, 3-5 times per day.

today is day 5 of me trying this. i haven't figured out if it helps to bring up my supply yet. I read takes a few days to kick in...but a PP said a few hrs for her??

I drink it several times a day, every day. I'm currently taking a medication that has affected my supply and without it, I wouldn't have made it this long.

I don't shop at Walmart, so I don't know. I usually find it at Target or random grocery stores. Its hard to find it here.
