Default Clogged Duct - Low milk production

I know all of the tricks to unclog ducts, but they dont seem to be working and it's really hurting my milk production on that side. Any ideas other that hot, moist compress, pumping ALOT and nursing? I am a working mom so making time for the Doc is not in the cards...plus I am not optimisic they will advise anything different. I appreciate your thoughts.

    Additional tricks:
    - Vary your nursing position.
    - Look for blebs/blisters: milk may be backing up behind one.
    - Dangle nursing: get gravity to work in your favor by getting onto all fours and dangling your breast into the baby's mouth (or the pump) from above.
    - Soy lecithin supplement.
