    Default Breast milk Warming

Ok so i store breast milk in the fridge and warm it on hot running water, i just want to know if it's safe and i was also wondering because i store it in bottles but it seems something stays inside sticking in the bottle so i shake it while warming it is that ok?

Warming it under warm water is a great way to heat it up. And yes shake it up to get the fatty stuff off the sides.

Don't shake, swirl the milk gently. http://www.bflrc.com/ljs/breastfeeding/shakenot.htm Warming under warm water is fine.

just curious: is it better for the milk to be a certain temperature, or is it okay if the milk is still on the cold side?!? are there advantages of warming the milk??
