    Default Lopsided!

Wow, all of the sudden my right breast is smaller than my left. Has this happened to anyone else? I thought it might be due to DS feeding unevenly, but I hadn't really noticed him feeding more frequently or for longer periods on the left.

What can I do to "even things out"? Should I feed DS or pump more on the smaller side? Or am I just stuck being lopsided now?

    TIA!

My supply is very lopsided, but I am not sure that is what you are asking? I have just lived with it...and dd seems to be doing fine. It isn't really that obvious anyway. You can start by letting your lo feed first on the smaller side. If it is supply, that should help increase it.
