    Default Bottle Preference

I'll be going back to work in a week, and my 3 month old has so far adamantly refused the bottle. (Her father and other relatives have been offering it to her while I'm out of the house. They start before she's really hungry and keep offering, but she just cries until I get home to feed her.) I have the Dr. Browns bottles that everyone raves about, but I wondered if there were any other brands that breastfeeding babies have preferred. Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.

The LC is go to recommends the playtex ventaire bottles (not the wide neck). Thats what my LO uses, but I only pump.

The Tommee Tippee bottles are really popular now.

My LC recommended playtex drop ins with the brown nipple. It has worked so far for my daughter....I just hate the wastefulness of the liners

We use Playtex drop ins with the silicone NaturaLatch nipple (slow flow). They are the only bottle we've ever tried, but DD takes them without complaint.

We've had no issue with nipple confusion or her preferring bottle to breast. I also like that Playtex has a milk storage system and I can pump directly into the Drop Ins (I only use the system for milk that will be refrigerated for the next day at daycare).
