Default What pump replacement parts do I need?

I'm planning on using my Medela Pump in Style with baby #2. I need to pull it out of the closet and check the motor, but I only used it heavily in the beginning when DD was born and then only rarely after that, so I'm guessing it should still be in good shape.

My question is, which of the parts do I need to replace? I'm assuming membranes, but what about the valves or the entire shield? Tubing? Storage containers?

When I took mine out of storage, I replaced the membranes and just boiled everything for 5-10 mins (except the tubing). HTH!

I saw that... I went through my old pump bag and I had an unopened bag of membranes and brand-new tubing... I would think those are the only parts you can't boil?

membranes are so cheap I'd just replace them. You can use the Medela steam bags to stealilize the tubing

But would it need to be sterilized if it was never used?

You are prob. right that I should replace the membranes though just because they are three years old.
