Default do we have a latch problem?

I'm EBF'ing my 8 week old DD, she latches on well (her lips are flanged) but i've noticed that her lips gets all pruney after her feeds. In between feeds her lips feel dry and slightly hard. I have OALD and too much milk, could this be the problem? I thought it might be dehydration but her diaper outputs are normal (7-8 wet and 2-3 dirty) Anyone having this problem too? please help.

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your baby! It's not a problem actually, it's quite normal. Your baby's lips are creating a seal that makes her latch more efficient. So while she is eating and shortly after it will look as if she has blisters on her lips. As long as her diaper output is fine and she is growing you have nothing to worry about. You mentioned OALD/oversupply, are you block feeding to rectify this?
