Default 9 month old poop Q...

Ds is 91/2 months old and is pretty much ebf. He gets some solids but not a whole lot, mainly just tasting them and not much more than that, although occassionally he'll have about a quarter of a banana, that's a lot for him. I am concerned about his bm, he has one only about once a week and sometimes it is not real large. I was wondering if this is normal, I know ebf babies can go a very long time w/o pooping but since he is getting a little bit of solids maybe he should be going more...? (He has plenty of wet diapers)

If your little one isn't getting many solids, I would think it would be normal and nothing to be concerned about. He may not be getting enough yet to make any difference in movements...I wouldn't be concerned unless he began straining when trying to go, or if his bm's were hard and pellet like...HTH

Thank you. That's what I was thinking, just glad to know it's alright. Thanks for replying.
