One other suggestion - with my job, I sometimes find myself at meetings offsite. So, unless I want to go to the organizer (and sometimes these are adversarial deals and/or where I'm the only girl) and ask for time and a place to plug in my dual electric pump, I have to scramble for alternatives. I just carry a manual pump with me at all times. No set up, doesn't require an electrical outlet, and I can do it for a few minutes here and there to at least help relieve engorgement.

Last week I had one of these meetings, and I took my bag with hand pump and cooler with me to the ladies' room, and pumped for 5-10 minutes each time there was a break in the meeting. I actually ended up with more milk than I usually get from my more structured pumping schedule, because we were taking more frequent breaks.
