Default how long can I use frozen breastmilk

I froze breastmilk in the middle of feb, and it's been frozen solid since. Is it still good? Can I unfreeze it and use it or has it passed it prime? I froze about 4 oz in a 5 oz medela bottle.

What kind of freezer did you store it in? Where in the freezer? In a regular household freezer (not on the door), the milk is good for 3 to 6 months.

I am currently using milk from the beginning of March. I would warm it up, give it a smell test. If it smells ok, I'd say it's good.
