    Default Breastmilk storage question?

Can I freeze expressed breastmilk after keeping it on a cooler for about 6 hours or in a refigerator for a couple of days?

Yep, as far as I know you can. I do it all the time and have never had any problems. I have expressed milk on a Thursday, sent it to daycare on Friday, he didn't drink it, so I will freeze it on Saturday. I always freeze what I pump on Friday, plus whatever is leftover from daycare, and defrost my oldest pumped milk for Monday, to rotate my freezer stash.

I do the same. I pump all day at work starting at 8 am and store in my cooler. I don't freeze or refrigerate until I get home usually around 6 pm, sometimes 7 pm if the baby needs to be tended to first.
