I don't know where E has gotten her word for nursing. She calls it "t" and points to her chest or mine. DH thinks people will think she is trying to say titties. Whatever.
hehehe! DD has started calling blueberries "boobies" - we don't even say boobies at our house I keep telling her blue-ber-ries and she says "yeah, boobies"

    I had a moment...but now I forget.

    Ahhh...I remembered!

.....You go to nurse your toddler and she tells you "No mommy, right way". She wants you to lift your shirt up instead of unbutton it down

Lately, DD insists that I must take my shirt completely off (vs. just lifting up my shirt). Which is awkward, when there are other people in the room.

She also hands me back my bra when she's done and motions for me to put it back on.

...You go to get out of bed and you have to somehow get your boob out of the death grip your toddler has on it without waking her...she was snuggling it like a teddy bear.

Long story short: I'm trying for the life of me to get Brody night weaned, but in the early morning hours (after MUCH crying and being awake--on both parts ), I've been bringing him back to bed so we can get a little more sleep. Anyway, he always says "nur-nur" and after nursing for about a minute, just wants to hold and snuggle my boob. AND twiddle my nipples. I can't even turn over because he gets so upset that he can't play with them. This has to end.

DS wants my shirt off too which makes going to my 13 yo's baseball games a struggle. I nurse infront of all my kids friends tho. My 13 yo has learned to warn friends before coming in to the livingroom they need to have him come in first and wait for the thumbs up. LOL Trent will walk in, look over at me and then give his friend the thumbs up...then the friend will walk in. LOL

YKYNAT when you can't take a shower (we have a glass shower) without your child pointing and screaming "MUM MUMS", and then crying hysterically because they can see them but can't nurse

these are all so cute!! my ds is 3 days shy from turning 13 months although he doesn't do all of these cute things yet, I'm looking forward to all of it.

he does however during nursing lift one leg up and shoves his foot into my face to either kiss it or smell it. which ever i do he'll start to smile after.
