My DD says "All Done!" and wants to put away the first side before she switches sides! She is pretty adamant about it, and tries to push my breast back into the bra!

DS nurses on the floor in the living room for a minute or two, then pops off just after let-down. I say "oh, no, now there's milk dripping on the floor." He says "oh no," smacks his forehead, gets a tissue, and comes over to scrub at the carpet.

DS achieves toddler nirvana - nursing (side-lying) while watching Disney TV on my phone, which is propped between my boobs.

YKYNATW your daughter has a hard time deciding between "milkies" and trying on a bag full of hand-me-down shoes. She picked the shoes.

Joe did this yesterday. He was obsessively nursing, but then my housemate gave him a macaroon. There aren't many things better than mama's milk, but macaroons might be one.

YKYNATW he pushes the boob away violently, only to politely poke the other one with a, "this one, now, please," look on his face (almost 2, not talking yet).

...when he brings you toys to nurse and positions them correctly.

...when he pokes his tongue (his sign for hungry), then my boob, then points at the couch (where we nurse).

...when you have a 35 pound, 3 foot tall creature attached to your breast, standing on his head so he can nurse and watch TV at the same time!

I put some chicken in the oven and sat down. Ds wanted to nurse and I said ok, but only for a minute then I have to turn the chicken. Oven timer dings and I say ok let mommy up. As I stand, ds stands too and stays latched on all the while me laughing and telling him let go. Ds decides standing on my foot would be helpful so off I go, running to the kitchen tucking my boob away minus a sock (I lost it in the struggle) to rescue my chicken.

he's nursing and then says "cwacka" unlatches and eats a cracker, then latches back on. or he's nursing, finishes one side and gets up to kiss me, then goes back to nursing. This is my favorite age to nurse so far.
