    you get dismissed. Max will beg to nurse and when he's done will say," I want to sleep alone mommy"

    "Baby" is 16 mo and recently started signing and saying "other" (for "other side"). He just did "other" 5 times in a row. Baby - I've only got 2 sides and you've drained both of them. Now go back to sleep!

    do you have a good site for baby sign language? All Max knows is more, milk and all done. He communicates those really well, and i'd like to introduce him to more. Thansk!

    My dd made up her own sign for other side. She says "other side" and then flips one hand over like a one-handed all done.
    Nursed my sweet daughter 3 years, 3 mos.

    ...when they say, "aah" when finishing one side, helps you tuck the boob back in and says, "now diss one, psheese?" while pointing to the other side.

    she tries to nurse after you have been at the beach and are salty and sandy and comes off and says "yucky! boobie mouldy mummy. Yucky!"

    ...when he pulls off long enough to say 'car vroom vroom' (as one drove by) and latches right back on.

    Thanks for the laughs, ladies. There are some very cute and intelligent little people out there. I wish my family (who think I'm insane for nursing a 'gigantic child like that') could read these
