Mine's 14.5 months and at night he nurses a bit, then unlatches, turns his head away and rolls my nipple between his thumb and index finger. Then he latches on and ad infinitum (well, until he's drifted off I guess).

Breastmilk is better than any udder milk! ~Author Unknown
This cracked me up today:
YKYNATW Your LO tries to nurse herself. I was changing DD and she started pulling the skin around her breast up to her mouth and trying to bend her neck down to nurse!!! Meanwhile she's saying "MA-MILK! MA-MILK!" I was justDH would probably think it was weird

Sorry for the short responses...always, always, always NAK or holding a baby
when you're at target and your lo runs toward the bra section smiling with arms outstretched, then turns to you and says "milse, mama! milse now!"

I'm not nursing my toddler, but I am non-stop nursing around my toddler. He calls them Hannah's (DD's) boops. And today he has:
pulled down one side of my bra, then the other (over and over, each time saying "ooo pretty, pretty boops"
told me he couldn't go to sleep without a boop being out (I am usually nursing DD when he goes to sleep)
when i put DD in the carseat to get to his swimming lesson I had to take the boob out and she started to howl. DS said "no noo NO. Hannah'sa boop. Hannah'sa hungy. Hannah eat. No nooo Hannah'sa boop"
proud but exhausted working mammy to two high needs babies

Family beds are awesome
Wondering if you have PPD? Take the screening and see your doctor. You deserve to feel better.
My little girl pulls off one breast yells 'SIDEs' at the top of her voice and grins at me waiting in anticipation to be switched. She then does the same on the other side about 30 sec's later
Oh and insists on twiddleing the raised mole on my chest whilst BFing
I love these stories they make my day. My DS is almost a year and he is so busy that I can't rock him and nurse unless he is tired. We were on the floor playing this week and He attacked me and latched on through my shirt ( I wasn't wearing a bra) I was laughing so hard as I pulled him off and lifted my shirt. I can't wait until he does more cute things to get the milky!

DD is 13 months, and whenever I want to take something from her I say, "Thank you!" and she hands whatever to me. So she has also learned that when she says "thank you" I give her what she wants, and I know that means she wants something...
Yestrerday she was playing around on the floor...it was late and I wanted to nurse her to relax her and get her ready for bed. So I hold her and lift my shirt, and she looks at my boob and says, "Thank you" well it sounds more like "dah too" (thats how she says thank you) and leans right in and latches on with a smile!
SOOOO CUTE! I loved it
OMG how could I leave this out:
yesterday I was nursing DD at my cousins house and all you heard every few seconds was DD going "mmmmMMMMMmmmm" it was sooo funny, everyone was laughing! When she eats or wants food or is enjoying food she says "mmmmMMMMMmmmmm" with inflection. Lately she has been doing that when she nurses, it is hysterrical! I guess I know my milk must taste yummy!
