her after work nursing sessions are getting shorter and shorter. I just wish they'd be longer so I can relax more, but she wants to nurse and get up and jump around

When your nursing toddler takes Mommy's milk and rubs it all over her scrapes, her brother's scraped knees, her Dad's bug bites and then tries to put some on the dogs...

When your daughters' pre-school teacher informs you that for "Show and Tell" your child told the whole class that she is still nursing. Furthermore, I had to explain to the teacher that my daughter wasn't remembering something from her past, that we actually nursed moments before I dropped her off for school.

when you try to distract them with some fruit and they say, "uh-uh, I wan nurss" while poking you to indicate which side.

....they come off and say, "Mommy you have yummy nipples with yummy vanilla milk." Followed by, "Daddy has yucky, hairy nipples."

FTR, she never tried Daddy's nipples. We would joke around sometime when she would ask to nurse and I'd say, "go nurse on Daddy." That was always her response. Love that girl.
