    I love this thread!!

I don't know if dd qualifies as a toddler (she is 10 mths) but...

YKYNTW you lift up your shirt to nurse and lo gives a two hand wave and claps (her special greeting when she is really happy to see someone/thing) before crab walking over and up on to your lap to nurse while balancing on all fours.

You can tell them, "Just for a second" and they actually listen. Or would that put him into being a preschooler?

I actually said to DD yesterday "can't you just nurse for a half an hour like you used to so I can just lay here and relax when I get home from work."

We are at 10 months and it still tends to take at least 30 minutes, but there is so much twisting, turning, climbing, twiddling, talking and popping on and off that if feels like 300 and I have at least another 8 months of this....

    Good thing they are cute
proud but exhausted working mammy to two high needs babies

    • my surprise baby: the one and only D-Man born 3 weeks late (5/5/08) at 9 lbs 14 oz and 21.5 inches, and
    • the shock H-Girl born about a week late (10/7/09) at 8lbs 15oz and 20.75 inches.

If I am here I am covered in baby (probably two) and fighting for control of the keyboard.

    Family beds are awesome

Wondering if you have PPD? Take the screening and see your doctor. You deserve to feel better.

her after work nursing sessions are getting shorter and shorter. I just wish they'd be longer so I can relax more, but she wants to nurse and get up and jump around

My little fella plays peekaboo with my nipple by pulling my top up and down - it has us both in stitches
