I can't believe I'm posting here! I've been reading this thread joyfully since month 2 or 3, and now I'm here.
...when your DS is nursing on one breast then looks up at you and taps the other. When you pull out that one, he doesn't let you put the first away, switches to the second side, and then goes back and forth between them until he falls asleep.
When he looks up as askes "teeewww?" (two)

Mommy's little pumpkin head
We love our amber necklace from @llli*expat-mum. PM her for the most beautiful effective teething aide we've found!
When your DD signs milk and then shoves her hand down your shirt. (Yeah, we are working on nursing manners.) It's especially amusing when your mom witnesses this for the first time.
Truly blessed by God

Whenever she hears a baby or toddler crying (at the store, or wherever) she says "is that baby crying for his nums? I think that baby needs his nums!"
Nursed my sweet daughter 3 years, 3 mos.
i love this thread. elena keeps learning new words, now its "la otra" in spanish or "o'r side" (she uses both) to switch sides. i actually started saying it since she'd park it on one side i think comfort nursing for her teething and now she has started making sure we're going to the "other side" next
When he starts doing a dance while he's nursing. The boy's got rhythm too , even when he's latched.
When your 13 month old tries to twiddle the other nipple... With his toes.
(I tried so hard not to laugh! This is one nursing manner that I'll have to say no to.)
When your 19-month old hums a song to himself and be-bops his whole body while nursing down for his nap. (Yes, he did really put himself to sleep while humming and dancing!)
When your other 19-month old (having waited her turn while playing quietly in another room) goes rushing over to the nursing chair, pats it for me to sit down, climbs up on the bed and hands me some pillows and her blankie, then lays down in front of me, says "please?", and opens her mouth. :
Mom to amazing twins!
DD nursed for 3y5m, DS still occasionally stops by for a snack
