My DS has never been as silly as some of these stories, but he has a very sweet spirit. Today I was kissing his arm while he nursed and he had to stop several times and give me a kiss before resuming.

...He leads you by the hand into the bedroom, waits for you to sit down on the bed, then shuts the bedroom door and climbs up into your lap, indicating that he wants to nurse.
My little man will be 15 months old tomorrow, and I am so proud to still be nursing him despite having zero support from anyone except DH.

Every time ds switches sides, he leans up, kisses me, and says 'miss you too' which is his phrase for I love you.

Your nursling expresses a desire to nurse EVEN MORE acrobatically:

"I want to nurse hanging upside down from ceiling and spin like pile driver."

Riiight...I'll just go get the carabiners, ropes, and harnesses. BRB, love.

    Yeah...my son is just a tad thrill-seeking...

More endearingly, he just said, "I love nursing" in his sleep after nursing down for a nap. It makes it all worthwhile.

I could see my DS saying something like that, too

Getting ready for bed I took off my clothes to throw in the wash before going upstairs to the bedroom. At the time I was holding my 19mo dd who shreiks "Nursing, nursing, nursing!!! Here comes the milk. Otay!" while looking back and forth between both breasts. She then laughs while trying to twist sideways to nurse from one then the other breast while sitting on my hip as I carry her upstairs.
She often says Otay (ok) after we repeat what she has asked for.
    Example
    dd: get da
me: oh you want to get down
dd: otay (in an agreeable tone like "okay if you insist I guess I'll agree.")

Everyone please add more stories! I love reading these!
