    I use the Lansinoh manual pump and it works well for me. I don't use an electric at all.

    breastfed from 7/3/06 to 6/16/08

    breastfed from 5/18/08 to around 5/18/10
    &
    Seamus (3), my allergy baby, born naturally (with slacker Hypnobirthing) breastfed from 12/28/09 to 8/20/11

    Connor (1) breastfed from 12/28/11 to current

    hand expression might work for you if you practice....


    this a neat clip to watch that shows were to put your fingers and how to massage the breast
    pictures nipples if that bothers you don't watch

    I could get quite a bit with hand expression. Totally recommend it!
