    Default Pain from Pumping???

    Hello,
I have been pumping twice a day at work instead of once a day and my breasts have been getting fuller than they normally are. With this extra fullness I have been experiencing pain on both sides and I am not sure it is from my baby latching on to the fuller breast or it is from the pumping. When I pump, I have never had any pain before. I have been switching positions and using lanolin. I have also gone back to BF 101 and am practicing good technique with latching but I still have pain. The pain is at the base of the nipple below the area that protrudes encircling it. I appreciate any advice. My baby is 7 1/2 mos and has had 2 bottom teeth since 6 mos.

No lumps and the pain is getting a little better, but it is still there.
