    Default how many times?

    Hi LLLLadies!
I just started pumping to increase my supply after a nursing strike and tummy and digestive struggles due to DS food intolerance.
he is starting to nurse more often now but I still feel my supply is lower than usual.
how many times a day should I pump?

How often does your LO nurse? How often are you pumping? Why do you feel that your supply is lower?

    it depends!
sometimes twice in the morning and once in the afternoon, then once before bed.
    he doesn't eat any solids.
for now I'm pumping twice a day.
my supply lessened after a two days nursing strike.
I think it is low because he gets frustrated at the breast and diaper count is low (4 x day)
