It is so great to hear all of these responses, things that we probably do not talk about with the general public?!?

I have itching sensations under my arms as well - I always thought it was my clothes, too! How funny.

My MER (milk ejection reflex) must be really fast these days - I get nauseated when I let down now. Anyone felt that?

Isn't it funny how everyone feels the let down differently? My other side STILL leaks too!!! When I let down I get a tingly sensation in both breasts that I actually think feels good (automatic relaxation), but then I'm immediatly thirsty-- major dry mouth! My dh knows whenever I sit down to nurse he goes a gets me a drink of water! hahaha

it's funny because my older daughter (6 yrs) sits to hold the baby & will ask for a drink of water as well not really knowing why I ask for a glass of water when i nurse. I thought it was so cute the first time she asked for a drink.

I've rarely felt my letdowns at all, but I did notice the nausea a few times in the early days with both of my kids! Funny how we're all different!

Awww! Abbymom that is sooooo cute! I used to nurse my dollies too. My mom was a leader and I just thought that's how babies are fed. I thought it was weird to see baby dolls with bottles! What a wonderful example you are for your daughter!

Normal, normal, normal. All different, but all very normal.

This is an interesting resource (NOT a LLL resource):
