Poop smells like sulfur/rotten eggs

My 9 week old DS has just started having poops that smell like sulfur or rotten eggs. I haven't eaten any eggs and just wondering if anyone else has experienced this stinky poop. He is EBF since birth and his poops never really stink. They are yellow and seedy which I know is just fine.

Any thoughts??

my 4 month old also has these stinky poops, sometimes up to once a day. would love to hear if anyone has an explanation

sounds normal to me lol! not all their poops will smell like that but usually the majority of the time they have a more noticeable stench than a fart. quite sour smelling almost? i noticed my little ones poops got stinker as he got older but like i said, they aren't that bad sometimes. they are also yellow and have been for a while now and i also EBF. my little one is 6 months now.

Do any of you eat soy??
I noticed when I drink soy milk or have something heavily soy that ds's farts stink like sulfar and his poops can too sometimes.

yes..i do sometimes eat soy hot dogs! i think we figured it out..maybe....i had bronchitis and was talking amoxicillan and noticed the pills stunk like sulfur. so maybe that was it. i've since stopped taking them...even though they said it was fine to take while bfing..i'm better now!!

My baby's poop and gas smells. I thought this was weird too but I guess its normal. My baby's gas starts to smell really bad if he hasn't pooped in a few days. He generally goes every 5-9 days and by day 4 his gas is stinky and his poo is always smelly.
