Default Oald but but not os

So all of the sudden I have some spray going on and it is making C. very fussy. Should I block feed even if I don't have OS?

    Poops look good and yellow.

If yes to block, how long on each side?

I had OALD but not OS and block feeding wasn't an option because my milk supply wasn't there.

I had to work on positioning - nursing lying down and uphill.

You could also catch your spray in a cloth and then latch him back.

You know I think I'm trying to feed him too much. I'm still on that mindset of 'every 2 hours' they programmed into me when he was under weight. When he's actually hungry he doesn't mind the bit of spray. Today I'm going to really try and watch his cues and let him go longer than 2 hours if needed.

Great idea. I know that I would offer every couple hours, but sometimes she would have a looooong nursing session and then not want to eat for a few hours. Turn the clocks around so you can't see them.

How many times have you told someone to watch your baby not the clock. It is sooooo hard to do that when you have the tough start you did but you are an experienced mom so you an feel confident

Wondering if you have PPD? Take the screening and see your doctor. You deserve to feel better.
