Default plugged duct-why now, what to do?

My daughter is one year old today! And I'm pretty sure I have a plugged duct. Not exactly sure what caused it, but I have some theories.

What is the best course of treatment? Nurse and pump? Massage?

Sorry about the plugged duct! They often crop up when the baby is teething, and alters her latch a bit to soothe sore gums.

Coolest thing my big girl said recently: "How can you tell the world is moving when you are standing on it?"
Coolest thing my little girl sang recently: "I love dat one-two pupples!"
