    Default "Re-introducing" solids?

I am sure lots of mamas have dealt with this so...I'm looking for how you did it.
My LO has RSV and has pretty much done nothing but BF for about 5 days now. She is simply not interested in any solid food. Previously she was a HUGE eater. Loved pretty much anything I gave her.
So, how do I reintroduce her to solids? I know right now she is getting plenty from EBF because she has increased her nursing from 5 or 6 times a day to 8 or 9 times. But, what about getting her back to solids? Do I just keep offering her food and wait for the day she takes it? I guess the biggest reason I'm concerned is that she's got bad runny poos now and it's starting to give her a rash.

What to feed your child. Rule of thumb for G.I. upsets: Feed half as much twice as often. Offer food and fluids more frequently but in smaller amounts. Try sips and chips: frequent sipping and ice chips or white grape juice, or Popsicles made with oral electrolyte solution. Let your child suck on these all day long.
    Mild diarrhea – defined as 2 – 4 loose stools in a 24-hour period.

BRAT diet – this is an age old, time-tested diet.
    2. Bananas
    3. Rice or rice cereal
    4. Apple sauce
    5. Toast, unbuttered
    6. Yogurt (See Intestinal Healing Properties of )Yogurt

    Breastmilk or formula
White grape juice or oral electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte. Popsicles also work well.
