To the OP: I find it's normal for BF toddlers to eat less food than their FF peers. I think it's b/c formula tastes SO BAD that the FF toddlers are happy to have anything but that once they taste real food!! (I say this b/c I have FF my DD and this is my take on it) And BF toddlers BM and don't really need/want to give it up so soon. IMHO there is nothing wrong with this. BM is full of nutrients and antibodies you can't get from anywhere else as you know.
Both my DS1 who bf'd past 3 and a half and my DS2 who is now 25 months took a while to take to solids but they are healthy and smart as I am sure your LO is too! It's just different with bf'd toddlers and most docs don't have experience with this.
Good luck with the ENT. If they are not supportive of bfing then either ignore that part or find one that is supportive.
