Default Making oatmeal, rice, quinoa, etc. with breastmilk

Hi, I feel like this is a stupid question, but how can I make oatmeal , rice, quinoa, etc. (regular, not baby cereal) with breastmilk for my 11.5 month old? Is this even possible?
I know breastmilk is not supposed to be microwaved, but how about boiled? Won't it lose nutrients like that?
    Thanks!

You could make it extra thick w/ water and then thin it w/ bm.

to the pp. I would make the food the way it was supposed to be made and then mix in a little breast milk. I made oatmeal on the stove with breastmilk instead of milk...

Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies - Damn it, you've got to be kind. - Kurt Vonnegut
