Default Do you pump from the unused breast?

If I breastfeed from my left breast before going to work, should I begin my first pump session at work on my right breast?

If you single pump, then sure. That wouldn't be a bad idea. If you can double pump, go ahead and do both at once. That would be my suggestion....

i agree with linda...if you can double pump, then do so. during the night, i breastfeed only on one side...so for this morning, i nursed dd around 5am on the right breast...and for my first pump session here at work at 9:30am, i double-pumped....and i still got quite a bit from the right breast!
