im having the same problem! within 30 minutes of getting done, she begins to scream. her tummy tightens and she is almost unbearable! i have tried eliminating dairy, it has helped a little but not much.

Several things can cause discomfort and will vary from baby to baby. My dd would get gassy, cranky and spit up when I'd have:
-acidic drinkks/foods (orange juice, oranges, strawberries, spaghetti sauce, etc)
-soy/foods containing soy (soy milk, syrup, granola bars, certain potato chips,
-caffeine (chocolate anything, tea, coffee, soda)
    -spicy foods (italian sausage)

Almost everything, I know. The positive side...because of my "diet" due to LO bfing (and no beer), I now fit into my jeans from college that had been put away for 5 yrs
