Default Best Time To Add A Session?

So the babysitter texted me to say that my freezer stash is gone and she doesn't have enough milk for Lulu today. So I guess I'm heading home early. But...when is the best time to add a session so I can rebuild the stash?

early morning? for me Silas always emptied both breasts before i left so staying up after he went to sleep was my best bet, I stayed up about 2 hours everyniight and eventually (like a week into it) my body got the msg and made about 4 oz at that time every night

Does she nurse on both sides when you feed her? If not, you could pump one side while she nurses on the other.

And a at your sitter for not letting you know sooner...

Actually, after she falls asleep might be best. I'm usually up anyway. Thanks Autumn

That's an idea too. I gotta figure this out.

With E I had the best success pumping about 30-45 minutes after she went down for the night. That was back before she looked for the boob every 30 minutes though. Sometimes I took a bath first to help relax me and get a good let down.
