    Default Not shaking the milk

I just read about not shaking bm
    http://www.bflrc.com/ljs/breastfeeding/shakenot.htm

Usually I put it in a bottle and keep it in the refrigerator for a day or two, and if I don't need it, I have to shake it before I put it in the plastic bag to move it in the freezer. How do you avoid shaking it , to make sure you get the "cream" off the sides of the bottle?

or If I am pumping to store, should I put it directly into the plastic bag, let it cool in the refrigerator, then put it in the freezer?

    have you tried swirling it?
I would pour it directly into the bag to cool/freeze. Do you have to cool before freezing?

I pumped into bottles at work, then gently swirled them to get all of the fat before bagging/freezing at home. Swirling takes a few seconds longer, but it's worth it!
