Question I just found some frozen BM in deep frzr--still good?

It's in my parents' deep freezer, dated mid-August 2008 through mid-Sept. 2008. That's just over a year. Is it still good? (DS hates cow's milk like me, and only drinks my EBM or soy/rice milk!)

Was it in the bottom or was the freezer not opened a lot? You might do a taste/smell test just to be sure. Try it on yourself first to see how it is, I hope it turns out ok!!

I think it was ok, but in the end, I wasn't sure enough to keep it. Thanks, ladies!
