    Default Baby food pyramid

    Hi there,

DD is 10 months old and still getting pretty much all her calories from breast milk. I've tried to offer her a wide variety of foods since she was six months old but never in very large quantities. Now that she's approaching her first year, though, I feel like I need to start giving her larger portions at each sitting, but I'm uncertain as to how much of each of the food groups to give, especially since I intend to continue breastfeeding. Is there a guide that's similar to the food pyramid, but for babies?

This version of the food pyramid is for kids 2 to 5 years old.

    Another resource here and here.
