    Default nipples bleed when pumping

Hi, I need some help. I'm pumping to store up some milk with my second child, and each time I do, my nipples seem to puss or bleed when i'm done and it hurts. I never had a problem when I was pumping with my first child. I've even tried different speeds on my pump to see if it would make a difference, but so far no luck.

My DD has had thrush twice and I got a yeast infection from her the second time but it cleared up completely when my doctor put me on a heavy dose of antibiotics. Can anyone help or suggest something I can do?

Do your flanges still fit correctly?

This is just when your pumping right? Have you sterilized your pump parts since you've had thrush?

I was going to ask the same thing! When I first started pumping I started bleeding after a few times and I met with an LC and found that I had to switch from the 24mm that came with the pump to a 30mm! That helped so much - the spots where the bleeding was coming from healed up and I got better output.
