Thread: Decreased milk when pumping/ unflexible schedule

Default Decreased milk when pumping/ unflexible schedule

When I started back to work I was getting about 5 oz per pumping. I am pumping every 3 hours which equates to 3 times a day while at work. I'm getting less and less as time goes on. I'm lucky to get 2 oz a pumping and my last pumping today was just a few drops! I have been taking fenugreek and it helped for the first week but I'm back to low output. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I have no advice, but I'm in a similar situation. With going back to work, my supply at both work and home has decreased. My LC suggested taking brewers yeast to help with the stress of the transition, but that's all I have right now. I'm waiting to hear back from her so I can have a game plan for pumping/supplements next week.
