    Default OTC cold meds?

Help! I've got a nasty cold that has moved from my head to my throat. I've lost my voice and keep hacking up phlegm. I'm taking Airborne and using saline spray....what else is okay? I know antihistamines are bad. Any other suggestions? If my doc gives me antibiotics for a sinus infection, are these safe for baby?

the pp gave you a great link for information...and as for your antibiotics, your doc should be able to tell you if they are safe to take while your nursing.
