i've been eating the "quick oats" type every morning for breakfast...and i've noticed a difference in the amount of milk i can pump for that day. in the following link, it states as a suggested dosage "One bowl of hot oatmeal (any type) every day. Some moms say that they see an increase in supply when they eat anything made with oats, including instant oatmeal and oatmeal cookies."
...so i say, if eating the "quick oats" or instant oatmeal seems to make a difference for you, then keep eating it!
