Is there such a thing as too much fruit? My DD would eat it all day long! She will eat a whole entire plum which I think may count as 2 servings . Also will eat about 1/2c of blueberries seems like too much?. I offer it to her 3x per day Breakfast, Snack & after dinner. But of course if she sees the fruit bowl she will just dive right in and help herself. She freaks out at the grocery store in the fruit section because she wants it.
How accurate is the 1tbl. of food = 1 serving???? She seems to eat much more than this? I let her decide when to eat & how much - do I need to step in. I guess it's better than her wanting to eat cookies all day, right? Am I just worried over nothing?
