    Default tropical fruits

    hey mamas,

anyone have experience with giving tropical fruits? good/bad luck? i guess the acidity is my biggest concern (dd is 9mos). since we live in hawaii, so the folllowing fruits are plentiful (and tasty!):

    mango
    papaya
    pineapple
    lychee
    mammee
    papua
    dragonfruit

    TIA!

We've done mango with success - DD likes it frozen too. Pinapple was a bit sour. Dont' know about the other ones.

She loves mango, papaya and pineapple, haven't tried the rest cuz they are hard to find (and expensive) here. Good luck! I held off on pineapple until she was 11 months due to acidity - I got one that was really sweet and I don't think it would have been a problem at 9 months.
