    Default Calcium/magnesium dosage

Ok so I know some have wondered how much to take to help with supply during Aunt Flow and I found this on kellymom. I just read my supplement and looks like I need to take more! Anyway it also says to start taking it at ovulation and continue with it through the first few days of your period. (on the link click on low milk supply associated with menstruation). Hope this helps! http://www.kellymom.com/herbal/natur...s.html#calcium
